Students in Mrs. Taylor’s first grade class ended Dr. Seuss week by making green eggs and ham! The class also read The Cat in the Hat and wrote about what they would do if Thing 1 and Thing 2 came to their house. Learning is fun in first grade!

Mrs. King’s first-grade class participated in an exciting hands-on spelling activity during UFLI time! Students practiced their spelling words using shaving cream, turning learning into a fun and engaging experience. They had a blast while reinforcing their literacy skills creatively and memorably!

🎉 Exciting learning in Ms. Barfield's 2nd grade class! As they prepare for their unit test, students are engaging in fun activities sorting 2D and 3D shapes. 🖍️✨ They discovered how these shapes relate to real-life objects around them! With all this practice, they are for sure going to rock this test!

At the end of the competition, the students with the top five guesses were each given a bag of the M&Ms! Congratulations to the following students for their wonderful estimation skills!
From Mrs. Parramore’s 2nd grade class, Sophia Entwizzle!
