LOWNDES COUNTY SCHOOLS NONDISCRIMINATION NOTICE
The Lowndes County Board of Education continues its policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin (Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964); sex (Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Act of 1990); or disability (Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act 1990) in education programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance.
Employees, students, and the general public are hereby notified that the Lowndes County School System does not discriminate in any educational program or activity or in employment policies. The following individuals have been designated as the employees responsible for coordinating the system's effort to implement the nondiscrimination policy:

The Lowndes County Schools System is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website for students, parents, and members of the community, including those with disabilities.
